SIVIA Quest Level プライバシーポリシー
有限会社 高坂工業（以下「当社」）は、iPhone アプリ「SIVIA Quest Level」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。
1. 収集する情報
当社は、本アプリを通じて、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末の識別子・利用状況を含め、利用者に関する情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。
2. 端末の中に保存する情報
各ステージの★の記録を、端末の中に保存します。この記録は外部へ送信しません。本アプリを削除すると、記録も消えます。
3. 購入（アプリ内課金）
Lv3〜Lv5 を開く買い切りの購入は、Apple の App Store のアプリ内課金で行います。代金の支払いと購入の記録は Apple が扱い、当社は利用者の氏名・メールアドレス・支払いの情報を受け取りません。本アプリは、購入・購入の復元・購入済みかどうかの確認のために、Apple の仕組み（StoreKit）を使います。購入に関する情報の取り扱いには、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. 通信
本アプリは、当社や第三者のサーバーとは通信しません。購入・購入の復元・購入済みかどうかの確認のときだけ、App Store（Apple）と通信します。広告の配信や、利用状況の解析（アクセス解析ツール等）も行いません。
5. 第三者への提供
当社は本アプリを通じて情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供する情報はありません。
6. 改定
本アプリに通信・保存・解析の機能を加える場合は、その前に本ポリシーを改定し、このページでお知らせします。

SIVIA Quest Level Privacy Policy
Through the iPhone app "SIVIA Quest Level" (the "App"), we do not collect any information about you, including your name, email address, location, device identifiers or usage data. No account is required.
The App stores your stage stars only on your device. They are never sent anywhere, and deleting the App deletes them.
Lv3 to Lv5 are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. Payment and purchase records are handled by Apple, and we do not receive your name, email address or payment information. The App uses Apple's StoreKit only to make, restore and check the purchase. Apple's privacy policy applies to purchase information.
The App does not connect to our servers or any third-party server; it connects only to the App Store to make, restore and check the purchase. It shows no ads and uses no analytics. Because we collect nothing, we share nothing with third parties. If we ever add networking, storage or analytics, we will update this policy on this page beforehand.
